A blend of coarse pork mince with pork liver, combined with cream, white wine, our special herbs and spices, then wrapped with thin slices of Kaiserfleisch to lock in the porky goodness and cooked in a water bath slowly.
Inspiration: This classic French terrine is a marriage from heaven on a crusty baguette, Dijon mustard and cornichons. Or if you are creating a fabulous spread or sharing platter, keep the mustard and cornichons out and order our charcuterie selection, Mount Zero Olives, and let people make their own mouthful of pleasure.
Provenance: Made in-house by our chef's using our old family recipe and French Heritage.
